Contact Moen Specification Support

Send SKU lists, rough-in questions, and compliance requests for kitchen faucets, Posi-Temp shower valves, and bathroom fittings. Complete packages (fixture type, target GPM, finish code, unit count, ship-to region) typically receive a SKU shortlist plus NSF/ANSI 61 / WaterSense / rough-in notes within one to two business days ET; incomplete tickets are returned with a checklist rather than guessed.

What to include

  • Fixture type: kitchen, lavatory, shower, or tub
  • Target flow rate (GPM) and finish code
  • Rough-in valve model if replacing trim only
  • Unit count and ship-to region
  • ADA / WaterSense / NSF requirements if applicable

Social channels are not used for project quoting. Use the form or email for SKU-level requests. When you are replacing a shower faucet on an existing Posi-Temp body, include the valve stamp photo so we can confirm trim interchange before ordering handles.

For hospitality packages, note whether guest rooms need rain shower heads closer to 2.0 GPM for water metering or closer to 2.5 GPM for spray feel. For healthcare lavatories, call out ADA lever requirements and any infection-control preference for manual versus MotionSense operation. Kitchen remodel programs should state deck thickness and whether the sink is undermount or drop-in so spout clearance stays correct.

We respond with SKU shortlists, NSF/ANSI 61 and cUPC notes where relevant, and distributor routing for North American ship-to addresses. If you only need a Moen shower cartridge replacement ID, say so in the first sentence—those tickets move faster than full fixture schedules.

Large remodel packages can attach a spreadsheet with finish codes and quantities. Smaller single-family jobs can list three fields only: faucet model family, desired finish, and sink type. Either way, clear inputs cut revision loops when quartz templates or vanity tops are already in fabrication. Prefabricated bathroom pods versus field-set valves should be stated up front so CAD packages match the construction method. If your water-budget path conflicts with a brand-standard 2.5 GPM shower feel, say which constraint wins—we will document the trade-off instead of burying it.

What we will not claim in replies: unlimited PSI performance, finish immunity to abrasive cleaners, or named endorsements we cannot substantiate. Expect published operating windows, chemistry limits, and cartridge IDs.
